• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, accessories, and receipt.
• Custom‑made, personalized, or final‑sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

Step 2 – Receive Return Authorization

Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and give you instructions for shipping the item back to us. Returns sent without an RA number may be refused.

Step 3 – Ship the Item

Package the product securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defect).

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7‑10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
• If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, or missing components, we reserve the right to deny the refund or charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new order. If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.
